meaning production begins once your order is placed.
This ensures the highest quality and allows for personalization on each item.
Typical turnaround time is 7–10 business days before shipping.
Larger or more detailed custom orders may require additional time.
We’ll always communicate if delays are expected.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or the
most reliable and cost-effective shipping method available.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
We offer free local pickup for customers in Northeast Arkansas.
If you select local pickup at checkout, we’ll contact you
when your order is ready and provide pickup instructions.
Need your item faster? Rush production may be available.
Please get in touch with us before placing your order
to check availability and applicable fees.
We take great care in packaging and shipping each item.
However, once a package leaves our facility,
it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost,
or marked as delivered but you have not received it,
we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Because all of our items are made to order,
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges
unless there’s a mistake on our end or an item arrives damaged.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an error with your order
(wrong size, incorrect personalization, etc.),
We’ll make it right—no questions asked.
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with the following information:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A photo, if applicable
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Items made to the approved specifications or order details
Incorrect information was provided by the customer (e.g., wrong size, misspelling)
Please double-check all order details before placing your order, including:
Spelling and personalization
Sizing, colors, and styles
Shipping information
If you notice a need for changes after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
While we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered production,
we will do our best to accommodate your request.
