Q: How long does it take to receive my order?A: Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on product type and order volume. Custom and bulk orders may require additional time.

Q: How much is shipping?A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total and location. Some items may have flat-rate shipping.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?A: Yes! If you’re local to Northeast Arkansas, pickup can be arranged. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout if available or message us for options

Q: Do you offer rush orders?A: Yes, we can often accommodate rush orders. Please contact me before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional charges.

Q: Can I request a custom design?A: Yes! Visit our Custom Orders page to submit a request. You’ll be able to upload a design or share your ideas, and we’ll send a mockup for approval.

Q: Do I get to see the design before it’s made?A: Yes! We send a mockup for all custom orders, and nothing goes into production without your approval. Prompt responses help us keep your order on track and avoid delays.

Q: Can I make changes after I place my custom order?A: Please contact us ASAP if changes are needed. While we can’t guarantee edits once production begins, we’ll do our best to help.

Q: Can I order just one item?A: Yes! Most of our products can be ordered individually there's no minimum required.

Q: What’s the difference between DTF and laser engraving?A: DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printed design used on apparel and can coolers. Laser engraving is a permanent design etched into materials like leather or plastic. The method depends on the product.

Q: What brand of shirts do you use?A: We primarily use Gildan Softstyle, Bella Canvas, and Comfort Colors. You can select your preferred blank on applicable listings.

Q: How do I know what size to order?A: A general size chart is available on our product listings. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out we're happy to help!

Q: Do your products shrink?A: Most of our blanks are pre-shrunk, but slight shrinkage may occur depending on how they’re washed and dried.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?A: Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. Please double-check all details before ordering.

Q: What if there’s a mistake or defect?A: We’ll make it right no questions asked. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue.
